Digital Product Policy

This policy sets the minimum standards for digital products offered on Zerkuri and explains what sellers and buyers can expect from listings, files, licences and digital delivery.

Last updated: August 2026Digital files only

Core rule: Sellers must only offer digital products that they are legally entitled to sell and that are accurately described, safe to download and reasonably usable for the purpose presented in the listing.

1. Scope

This Digital Product Policy applies to all downloadable or otherwise digitally delivered products listed on Zerkuri. It supplements the Terms of Service and Seller Terms.

2. Eligible digital products

Eligible products include digital files, designs, templates, models, plans, artwork and other downloadable content that can lawfully be sold through the marketplace.

A listing must concern a digital product. Physical goods, services or products requiring physical delivery are not covered unless Zerkuri expressly enables them in the future.

3. File quality and usability

Files must be complete, functional and reasonably usable for the purpose described. Sellers should check files before publishing and avoid corrupted, empty, misleading or unusable uploads.

Where a product includes several files, the advertised files must be present and organised in a way that allows a reasonable buyer to understand what was delivered.

4. Listing accuracy

Listings must accurately describe what the buyer receives. Titles, descriptions, previews and images must not create a materially false impression.

Sellers should clearly disclose file formats, included content, licence restrictions, important limitations and any other information likely to affect a purchase decision.

5. Compatibility and technical requirements

Sellers must disclose significant software, machine, operating-system, material or technical requirements where compatibility is not reasonably obvious.

A seller must not claim compatibility that has not been reasonably tested or supported.

6. Licences and permitted use

The seller must clearly state the licence or permitted use supplied with the product, including relevant personal-use, commercial-use or redistribution restrictions.

Unless expressly permitted by the licence, buyers may not redistribute, resell, sublicense or publicly share the purchased files.

7. Intellectual property

Sellers may only upload and sell content for which they hold the necessary copyright, permissions and licences.

Sellers are responsible for confirming that any third-party licence allows the intended marketplace use.

Zerkuri may remove or restrict content where there is a credible intellectual property complaint or other reasonable basis to believe that a listing infringes third-party rights.

8. Prohibited digital content

Sellers may not list digital products that are illegal, fraudulent, deceptive, infringing or otherwise prohibited by applicable law or Zerkuri rules.

Prohibited content includes, without limitation:

  • digital files copied or redistributed without the necessary rights;
  • counterfeit or unauthorised branded content;
  • content that intentionally facilitates fraud, theft or unlawful access;
  • files whose primary purpose is to distribute malware, spyware, destructive code or other malicious software;
  • deceptive files designed to mislead buyers about what is being purchased; or
  • any content that Zerkuri is legally required to remove or restrict.

9. Malicious or unsafe files

Files must not intentionally contain malware, ransomware, credential-stealing code, spyware, destructive scripts or other harmful software.

Zerkuri may block, remove, quarantine or investigate files where there is a reasonable security concern. Seller accounts involved in intentional distribution of harmful files may be suspended or terminated.

10. Digital delivery

After successful payment, Zerkuri may make the purchased digital product available through the buyer's account. Delivery may occasionally be delayed while payment status, fraud checks, technical processing or security review is completed.

If a purchase has been paid but the buyer cannot access the product, the buyer should contact Zerkuri support so that access can be restored or another appropriate remedy considered.

11. Product updates and replacements

Unless a listing promises future updates, a purchase normally covers the version supplied at the time of purchase.

Sellers may replace or correct files, but must not use an update to materially reduce what existing buyers purchased. digitalProductPolicy.refundPolicydigitalProductPolicy.sentencePeriod

12. Reports and enforcement

Users may report listings that appear unlawful, unsafe, misleading, defective or infringing.

Zerkuri may investigate reports, request information, restrict access, remove products or take account action where reasonably justified.
