How do I buy a digital product?
Open a product page, sign in to your Zerkuri account and complete the payment. After a successful purchase, your file will appear in My purchases.

Where can I find my purchased files?
Go to My purchases while signed in. Your successfully purchased digital products can be downloaded from there.
How do I start selling?
Create a Zerkuri account, upload your product and complete the payout setup in your Seller dashboard.
Does Zerkuri charge listing fees?
No. There is no listing fee and no monthly subscription. Zerkuri currently charges a 12.5% platform fee only when a successful sale occurs.
How do seller payouts work?
Sellers connect their payout account through Stripe Connect. Eligible earnings are assigned to the seller's connected payout account after a successful payment.
Can I sell physical products?
Zerkuri is currently designed for digital products and downloadable creative files.
What happens if a downloaded file does not work?
Contact support and include the order details and a description of the problem. Digital content that is faulty may be subject to applicable consumer protection rights.
